The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
+ p# z+ ~- B: S$ n2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
! G' Y6 J7 E6 i5 V4 E3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
5 E5 Q  q" I! k: E7 Wstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
' N$ s% Q- g; L% j" ?the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
! p3 V* m9 m4 n  p* \! u4 }9 a. g6 R3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
