2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

9 b* P$ b5 P3 e1 Z. a1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
4 Z  Y7 F( F  o2 F: t# ~still support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
3 z: s# B4 i" g4 Y0 K7 e! y7 }4 Q$ Xthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
# q2 Z) T* E  u$ M6 ?& m% E3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
