第一次买房, 50万以下, 2000sq ft以下, 2年新的single house, 西南区.

The third one, when the builder put it on the market, the asking price was  350K, plus 10K for landscaping, 5K for Appliances. I think 410K is a fair price. By the way,  the yard is pretty big plus facing south.

I got a corner lot, be  honest, I don't see any issues at all. on the other hand, all my bedrooms got nice view instead of facing neighbor's wall.

我个人也感觉corner房并没有很多人所说的那么差，地大是非常大的优点，如果铲雪对买家来讲不是大麻烦的话，我觉的挺好的。

3 Z4 `/ L4 r2 A# G; W" y9 b不是所有corner lots都要多剷雪，有些就像普通lot一樣，只需要負責前面行人路snow shovelling

& k  Q+ c6 J, f* b对，并不是所有的coner lot 都不好。它也有好的一面。具体问题具体分析。
