Required immediately:
Accounting Technician.  Experience and posted secondary education required.

Duties include:

•        compute charges
•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
•        prepare invoices and reports
* ]1 @% y% L+ ^•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
- Q; I" l9 B- o+ _( k& C•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
: Q. S3 n# G! l. N$ d•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
' A$ l% i: P4 O5 Q- R6 e•        prepare basic financial statements
. k( t5 R7 b9 I•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
9 y6 o- O/ R3 l' `•        perform other clerical duties.
