JOB DESCRIPTION
5 b  V* d* X5 x# {/ g1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 1 T$ X/ Y( `, X: X: c. F- u0 D
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
  `# L4 Z) d: \3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
& A& @1 ]/ C+ I4 Q6 _6 V% `% e4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 0 q; G" q$ N8 e8 M' L+ n9 t7 J# C
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
/ |8 @. {8 ?2 C2 Z) V  H$ o6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; * B: c( F5 Z6 O5 _6 G8 c8 [% ^- z
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

6 ?5 v$ O! A9 o# m  V6 C" l2 w& FQualifications:
0 I: y4 s. @8 z- {6 L•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
& r5 O3 r+ x. U•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.7 ?* a( j" R. n  z. n
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.- V# W: e1 h8 j) m9 ^2 @
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.

•        Excellent organizational skills.
