4 M" \  e' _8 QJOB DESCRIPTION8 r# M8 o# l( H- p
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
1 l$ u# f6 b5 J% V5 Z0 ^  e2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;& p3 B0 \) u- i3 i
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
/ e; F1 q8 J" B4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; " N/ v, T/ B  |
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
* H- K  O% x% n" `, D6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; ) x: V" B4 D, I6 L+ n! ~
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:" I9 B8 L6 s+ K6 i& u
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
2 O6 V* u0 m( Y* z2 V7 `•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
# v- t/ _6 f! a* K3 a# u* q. N& g/ u•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
0 j; F* j& `4 U5 t•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.1 h2 i' ~: w) L) y5 Z8 |
