JOB DESCRIPTION# c+ l- R& ]; F7 L( N6 {
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
/ Y4 W4 M, \: X% F( \8 ?7 `2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
9 h& f6 U9 H& |: y- i) a3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;, ?# ]+ b9 \- K9 S
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 7 a' E& X% h& g7 H& a
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
2 F+ i: W9 \: x8 k' G6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; . b6 `+ X! W& C7 U5 \. x+ Z
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
0 v( }& e/ L0 U7 n•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
5 U. q/ l' D1 N- t2 o5 X6 Y6 ^/ A: ]•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
, n+ k) u8 u) m3 F" k4 O3 M•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.3 x+ @0 j  L9 O+ v* x; P
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.5 o3 j& r4 ?. F5 v0 ?
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
