JOB DESCRIPTION3 H: D4 z* V0 J
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;   l6 u8 c/ G; Z
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
4 b/ [9 S2 d/ s; K0 O8 J3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;9 D2 e! r0 E0 y; \2 Z
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
' b# s, |! p$ d5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
- D) p- b- z6 D+ _1 N6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; + f& u6 ]2 C: t5 _
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.$ A& o: ]9 W' p

Qualifications:
7 ^# e( X3 U( }5 H  c8 Q% g) |$ X•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
9 u+ Z4 x+ V7 U" Y+ Y•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.( r$ H" v6 A! s+ n. k) X
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.: W% B7 N. v0 d* E- w7 S! v' E
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.9 R* Q7 X: X& ~" F% X( M1 n
