留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

0 _4 L3 j' u, G1 P3 Pyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
, M6 n1 a& u5 i, o* O* eyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
