We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
  g' Q+ N' }3 I9 z5 u• Experience with Windows 8

% l" c/ H- K9 ^, e) H/ B: G; |& w) D7 I9 Z• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
• Inputting Listings

• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents
