We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

1 l- J0 h4 Q& X0 n• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
• Experience with Windows 8

% A# g' U% R# o3 K+ ?5 H/ c1 j• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
• Inputting Listings

' K% {; s- N4 u) n- A3 C" y' i• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents  
• Filing



Wages and benefits starting at $16/hr depending on experience
