My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.) s- s# ^. t* h! a' D: O- g

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
, F- Q% a4 e' ]# j0 ?, wJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.' y9 @! o' D4 r" m" S0 Z* v' e
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.9 @' o; _ {, U! d& c2 l

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
