I have been looking into Windermere.
R& e$ x: m! N* G& X. q4 O5 qMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

7 v6 }# n" }8 y" X9 ^+ I% NAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
' p# x4 w) Q. f4 nJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.) x6 Y6 |% P& ]9 Z- X+ H) U1 D
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.: N$ |- I* D" c6 B& A- ]$ Q7 V

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.6 K) E5 ?: }! j) l+ j6 R! B u

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
