My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.3 v x6 e2 O7 S3 P
6 h0 K' H* T) {- ~4 P- iAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
# x2 a- C9 v0 |- T1 I: R( v) ~7 ^Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
: M6 P- x5 r% l+ ^# f( rThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.3 b5 }7 R7 f1 Z; d

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?
