I have been looking into Windermere.& E* H0 g& y' H- G! d
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.- H$ e5 n) k3 o
$ ~1 C( ~ D3 J! FAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
0 t3 C, X N& Q gJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
* r. l) V1 ?/ N1 YThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.. b/ i( ]! h( F+ t! H' g9 J) U
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.% J- z7 I- ~2 j* q3 V% L

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
