如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

有人有跟Coventry 买房的经验吗? 他们的质量、信誉跟售后服务如何?

I have been looking into Windermere.
; B7 V$ o# q, T" R! o! z0 F# SMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

% \2 ]# i0 w3 z8 S8 K( ]As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
6 T; h/ f9 q! J  uJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

* S4 Q0 m* Y9 d3 }3 r& UThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
2 z' e/ x6 F. A4 s- JDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One.

靠着pond的那些都不错，但估计卖光了已经，或能选的不多了

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
