土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes
Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
  }, I: b: y6 p, {! L8 G( pDressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
