想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

  Z6 i: l# A% |6 b" J+ D$ f6 Z: alow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
