& {1 N( ~- u' h7 }+ E想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.

new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
