The room is spacious and bright with a big window. It has sofa, coffee table and entertainment center with lots of shelves. It has enough space if you wish to bring your own furniture as well.

I work for UoA and this location is very convenient for those who also work or study there.

The rent is $350. The water and heating are included; electricity and internet will be shared.
