室友：和善，作息规律，无人吸烟，大多为学生和年轻的专业人士。

! z  \8 y9 h8 f0 j5 s6 TINCLUDE: all electricity, water and heat. Garbage take out. Washer and dryer free of charge to use. The house is maintained by cleaner.
