I think that it has some issues here.

2 ^# `3 o6 l2 E; IWho can get from banks  0.50%, 1.00% ?  I can't.  It must be private the mortgage. Or mortgage lender is parents to their kids.   Private lenders usually charge 5% -12% a year when borrowers can be approved by a big bank.

The questionaire design here has some issues,  and people who answered questions are not honest. The results are such statistics can not make any reasonable conclusion.
