We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments! S* v6 ?& U- @5 }2 @+ \$ f
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies7 O+ v8 N( [" m) @# t1 V) q
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
4 G- p4 c1 p" T1 y/ [Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
" \) d/ R/ I7 M) X# H7 ]+ m" w) p4 POversee file management for all LMIA matters;9 E4 q b* w" i2 ^5 d$ {5 j5 [
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;! A1 h# n$ z! i5 `7 T4 F
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
