Position Summary

6 d9 \/ u- I; y5 X: I# VWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

9 t% C( F! U' e1 z0 yPrimary Responsibilities
3 [* i- s+ y6 T- z5 O; {% [% n4 q. P( c

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 X7 u  C* {+ C5 o  C$ PWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies4 {; G: w2 c7 ]  Z* ]* [
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& N# ?* [6 X6 g# a9 ZManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
8 t9 ~8 c, v* l+ D: y( y$ `4 c, AOversee file management for all LMIA matters;; g( r# [; X" x: {! F) `" w
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;7 V9 t+ l+ K3 {
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.0 v2 E! s4 o+ t- v8 B- w5 x* ^" @
Conduct all work within established time standards;
$ j5 j4 N) ?3 `4 e* K3 E; JEssential Knowledge and Skills; }( |4 |1 {, u9 x

* k) `# T$ q6 u3 y1 z3 J8 QAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

4 p0 U0 R! y; r" T; l4 }5 WAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;' p/ H1 [9 Y$ ?/ G1 a: ]
Attention to detail and accuracy;; P9 g0 O; x0 B% i/ B' g3 Q# J
Strong organizational and computer skills;
1 i+ y+ d9 g4 A: ~Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
% a0 d1 j# Q4 t: p. O4 t) |* ]Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;3 Z2 E0 q$ v* ~& M( |
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;/ p) L* u, f. k$ K
Ability to work with minimal supervision;4 m" J+ J/ p* x$ |' t) ]0 I- S
Self-directed and highly motivated; and
# A2 w/ k3 o' g- Q8 M( m1 S5 dAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
