The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Write and post advertising for various job vacancies/ [) i2 I5 u: f |2 F6 M O, j& i( S ^
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
4 H1 b# f) H5 K7 O/ tManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;% h; R( A+ V8 u- c
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
7 E; I" o3 \# o$ u5 VEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, Y/ L& r: c. [! i5 `: j' [0 O( y0 x) ~: }
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients." u' e4 O. M# s, ?6 c# `+ ~
Conduct all work within established time standards;
