The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.& q' r D- F, I, ^# p9 j- a

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments( Z& i& o. G0 ?+ W, d! b; E& `
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
# t0 [( \& p; ~1 w2 a3 S& AAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines0 k( J/ W! [" q3 h7 [$ w0 D0 I1 ~
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
4 y* y( I6 n, Q& eOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
: a) C8 ~: _, \) N+ g: _# `Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
& A* ?+ Y- k, c) d9 zConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
