Ratio: 44% (64%, 55%, 45%)

# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)4 q# }/ Z) k. G7 k! {% f! o
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)  k, k  N% O0 N4 Y) V' X4 o
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)
