How to apply for a 10 years Canada visa(not Super visa)? Is there a place on the application form that allow us to indicate we are applying for 10 year multiple entrance visa?

CIC网上就可以申请。非超级签证的有效期只能在发放时看到。现在中加互访政策很宽松，一般来说都是10年多次往返签证。
