. E: S2 f& D. m" T. ]- h. D8 ABoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.: q9 a- o$ I. i- u# l3 S

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.2 W/ n; F& S2 B' v' z/ t1 m% i2 k
