Trying to answer your answers,

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor., ?8 E4 ^- ]- I- r0 E
