CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
2 m8 B* h2 G' s% v7 b! w: k-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
% K% p, g* w- M, w) j-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
. P  q; A, k( k/ z4 p-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
) i; v! m4 o- y) G; S-        Keep office clean and organized.  
; J5 G4 N7 o. [( d6 w-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
( @. L1 ?( \7 ]9 z* K-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
& o7 Y3 `& s) l4 V& R  ?-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
