CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

3 Z/ [) ^( @* s  V! r4 I( ^-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
$ O. j' Z5 Z, ?-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

0 H) J& U- e3 v( B- L# E-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
, z4 s( P3 M' g" f0 @-        Strong verbal English.
6 S! o: J6 L& G( Y0 h& N1 ~-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
" V3 |. {8 D6 S& |+ ~-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
$ ?7 S2 F& ~* v-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
