CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
1 h, R6 G0 \# a) f-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
8 ]7 H7 P9 J4 s( A4 S. E-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
5 h3 A8 a" o6 p( T-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
' S' d# p0 h, Q/ F-        Provide friendly and professional services.
+ U3 z) F& n: _- o) D+ a$ z- eRequirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
8 p2 s' o8 E7 O! U2 _-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
" L. I* W0 ~5 r-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
( d2 P% i6 k% e# J-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
' g' N  y/ ]) R' i- R8 g! Q. Q# B) W-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
