To my understanding, ANYONE came to Canada as a "VISITOR" is not a resident at all, your temporary visit visa indicated your PRIMARY resident is not here even you have lived here for 12 month. E: p( ]5 {0 s) q
However this is just my perspective of this, don't argue with me. Several times I asked such question when I encountered with FW officer, I obtained different answers.1 f5 V: P0 U* ~9 K0 ~4 @+ q
With more and more elders come to here for TANQIN and DAIHAIZI also wanna wet a line as leisure, this question is going to brought up more frequently.
