The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

5 J, K( N: G# {' x6 T4 |( m" Q/ OCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
3 z# V: ?. S: u+ Z3 KWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies/ N4 O# U4 }! o% z
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
+ b( m( Z q4 s- m) W* hManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;( {6 f" Q2 G ?/ L4 d5 `: R6 e8 M; @
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters; [4 W }" P4 H" L9 q6 A
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
: T |- Y8 R9 E, V* }! p# V1 IConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
