We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.; {! K4 F6 z$ p( _ H) ^

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments( S& M+ S4 z4 L" Y
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies+ a# b1 C3 d3 }$ R$ O% ]- f
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
" T3 K- g* E3 l" p9 T+ l% uManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 }6 X+ K5 Y# O" {( A& Q& s
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& @2 T, f X% u' ]: U- sEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;8 [- |0 W2 n1 s: {7 @ W
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
+ W4 Y! B0 @; r8 ~Conduct all work within established time standards;) h" V+ ~. `0 _" e8 L: j! b
