We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.% Y+ Q% `& g- Q

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments2 F. \9 b# i% k

Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
- {& w M0 x$ ?! k; O% LManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;7 Q5 `; W4 b5 V0 Z) z/ c2 N8 G
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;& X& C }: G0 Y
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* D/ M% w3 C; g' eConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.+ j2 W+ s( h- r
Conduct all work within established time standards;
