if buyer has $48000 cash to buy, why he/she needs 担保？

查了一下， If you're a guarantor, you're simply a spectator; a guarantor agrees to take over the debt if the other person does not pay. However, a guarantor won't be called to action until the lender has exhausted all other means of collection from the original borrower.

& R# `2 [0 ?& ^1 {7 L) Q很多车行连信用记录都不用。
9 e( x+ g0 ^' E2 r$ i8 z坏信用记录，破产的都可以买车。换家车行吧。

+ ]- a  Y6 Z( p这里贷款要看信用记录的，不用信用记录的大多都是高风险高利息，坏信用破产的要付25-35%的利息。
