由于职位的需要,经常需要跟本部门以外的人打交道,协调,推行项目。请教有经验的前辈,有什么比较好的课程可以帮助提高沟通能力?有人天生就有这般能力,本人不在这范围内,所以希望通过有用的课程来提高。主要是沟通的技巧,容易让人接受,争取buy-in之类的。不一定需要证书什么的,有用就行。我看PMP有一两个module是教这个的,大学的MBA也有这样的课程。如果我只单上这样的课,有没有什么好的推荐?5 ?- n& x1 `" W; N' a
