# k* j: `2 K9 L• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.$ B* z) h7 w- g
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
6 V: O5 Z4 y. z' V( C, t0 V5 x; n• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible' q# H+ j- U# j: r8 K
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study' S) B( {7 X V/ \( Q# N5 B/ z1 ]
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
0 }4 }% e/ c1 M8 ?• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers) n E" R0 R' _& P# R! |1 w/ o
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)- x7 x! x4 c) y0 b) k2 V2 E
