这样的房顶要换了吗？

看了一间91年的房，请求各位达人鉴定一下它的Roof(Cedar shakes)是不是该换了；
如果需要换的话，这样的房是能够还价的吧？预谢指点。

最好能观察整个屋顶状况，并明确目前可视屋顶缺陷所在。

25年了，如果不是该换了，而且换要花很大的价钱，人家就不卖了。

I think so. One of my coli replaced his roof(3800sqf house) with 40K cost  two years ago

这个我不太清楚，刚换时颜色不一样，一年以后就看不出来了。
