Job Summary:
0 M, d/ D2 }. i! J$ \ ^+ \2 `Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.& D6 `/ p( V7 x" c

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
3 k1 _1 y7 k' a/ l) @· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
) @4 u7 U G$ b9 N· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.$ y4 \4 y6 t3 i+ I& @3 Z' \" g
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.+ O z: B c8 E+ f Z, W4 j3 q* i
· Manages report database.
/ V7 V& y7 {5 R5 e; o· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.) d# n R* e( V) A. H T9 h, t
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.
+ L5 s- o. m6 D% X7 v$ H9 L. Q$ M& v· Provides backup support to other members of the department.9 B t/ h9 w# _ a" o- V+ }
· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
- o4 ?4 i$ C! d2 B. O) ?& S0 I. b2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.* [. ~; v: T# h7 H

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
