Job Summary:

7 W5 g+ u" v: M) r- T+ j$ e6 U' Q5 t· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.9 N$ _3 Y/ c0 B
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
4 N- \7 P4 }4 |: X2 z# W: J k· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

% o; Q* \3 V, B4 U· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.% s. F& m' h$ h' a q! O
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

3 ]. A9 ]- R0 |& q! N2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.) t; N; V# p3 W+ ]$ q

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
