Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

! _; j, [+ a. N7 B7 P# H* N2 I· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.% m: i# {7 d% r, |$ f' I
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
( z N f' N* |· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation., Y* r( L# ]! T/ H
· Manages report database.0 `1 C: l6 r/ n0 N
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
' ?9 w) e1 K a0 s% b· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
/ g* ~' {+ B7 Y1 @2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.: U: W3 T, m: b; r+ w8 P o

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
