Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
% m" j: x6 `# w- I5 A1 w· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.4 l: X2 y1 o0 O
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
* W) w2 c3 Y2 Y- z/ `4 }& a· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.0 U9 n' F, l/ H
· Manages report database.
4 ?% l! }6 ?- R3 N· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
+ r1 D1 [6 H& X: x' {· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.$ l, \" o! Q6 N- X. x) W7 z, j
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
8 C g0 A- w% F0 l, K2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.
$ h3 H6 D6 Z- C, K+ R1 K- F& k7 ?. A/ t 9 t$ J7 L# i/ h/ ^7 X0 F* V
Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

4 u2 R1 T. t z/ V, i9 rExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
