Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.6 R6 E5 t/ a" a2 L/ t# Q1 _
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
" |) d5 c1 V' z/ Z, Q5 f, K• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.! b, I3 Y+ R& w) ~
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
' G$ c% f/ ?# W9 c% k• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
7 q3 g& M8 F& I+ E• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.0 L) \+ W2 \6 R$ i" {
• Perform route inspections as required.
5 [1 m# f( S( K$ u& f• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).1 w; Q1 ~3 C) e8 P
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.1 ]2 r# ?0 C# G* Z
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.# @$ v6 h( T& O! N% O( {7 U2 A
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.% V3 _* L W0 I, b" y7 I8 g! Y

Required Skills & Abilities:
6 w* z5 v. [ q. p/ A+ |% T• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
* F6 |8 h+ m8 o1 {7 D• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
0 y0 g4 v. b! k; ^• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* l5 y" [* i0 |9 U& i• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills+ m# W& Y+ m5 m% x' n
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
: j# j/ `" {9 A) x9 i' L# T; C0 b; s• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license2 _$ D; y# l% t0 e
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
