Key Responsibilities:
( b7 A4 K9 D6 `. a! Y( d• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.; T- d/ A4 n# v6 L/ }% q( J
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.7 L1 G3 M! C) l7 N) V$ d
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.; e( w8 R# |8 y3 x
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
' F$ E) h! R6 {% |1 K• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
' c% K* C* `* h( ~% ]• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.1 B8 s) }5 C# I: t
• Perform route inspections as required.
6 I+ N- a) b3 e; @# P1 j+ P7 q8 v. Z• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
( R% Q3 H0 y2 m: L+ c0 y• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.8 Q6 |2 C/ R: F
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. O* J' c" c3 C4 X$ O" }
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:$ o) ?. M8 v+ O& A. `9 Y7 i
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset. y' o( b6 f& S
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
5 ~1 z& @% Z% h2 U# t• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) X! q3 }9 X2 _+ V, s
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
9 Q2 m0 O) e7 _3 T4 y2 E, }2 \• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
; N" u5 v) f: b; y, ?& K- s( p7 ^• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required# e( W' z8 k- S6 R# g' X) U/ ^
