2 ?& p& W0 X& R; Q/ p* A9 X• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
6 M' D1 ^. N _4 l& n" G8 |' I• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
7 g8 n! f9 \! O: a7 B% i, R4 R• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
+ h, |0 R+ P1 i8 T1 V• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.8 D" O- |) B W$ j+ h
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents. j& x; W" N; l. g& Q$ y, @
• Perform route inspections as required.

Required Skills & Abilities:* o) M4 A$ }0 A1 S6 U
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
' J# k9 N, w% k7 Q9 _, {8 ?• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
& Z- \6 E# p' X K; O• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)) s5 s- |' Y& f: d% U. B
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills7 Z3 R2 F0 r8 i1 p7 n4 s9 P$ W7 u
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal" C$ R+ N: f9 [& c% l- A
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license! H$ A) @6 P V% W% Q/ ?
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
