Key Responsibilities:
4 P1 D% U5 v$ e• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.( P7 N1 x4 D8 o

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.$ \9 B7 ?( U- k, t4 T( H8 S
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete./ K1 l% ^7 C) ] u6 K% f. i
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.3 T" `" Z( n$ g9 Z
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.$ r2 \0 P0 d0 H2 B
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
. B) A# N; L) I3 q• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.8 S# Z: J6 v7 m( s8 m2 o: B. D
• Perform route inspections as required.1 h4 K0 U0 M4 [: ]
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).5 C0 G7 e# ^2 [. N# k
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

" A" e" f( _8 L/ bRequired Skills & Abilities:1 v1 m# F k/ r1 E+ E# _
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
# G# |% O2 _% [& z0 N• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred4 M1 @" b0 E8 ]( r4 }; Q
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal; _$ S4 {' B; \1 W4 x* l
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
