Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

After 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
/ N1 c/ [( C$ \) \" WWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
- X; y( F# H1 l% Q+ @•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
2 I9 d8 c5 e% Z" ?/ ^% V•        Prepare financial statements
) q5 J! H1 a, c5 k•        Prepare corporate tax returns
1 E/ u6 ~. f' \8 [; b! U•        File GST returns
+ V5 b  o8 j9 U" t6 |4 Z" B5 b•        Process payroll
) H* S! V- Q' }' A•        File T4/T5 returns
* f; \1 ^) z* q- G" m•        Prepare personal tax returns
: C. X$ C/ f  N% p•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

! s0 D9 \" {" MConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

6 Q& @6 ]* U6 K# a0 n" k不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business
( ?% x$ n: A" I8 R7 d' |1 ~/ y
这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
