今天在realtor.ca上看到一个法拍屋，有一句话不太明白，请大家指教。

原话是这样的：This is a Court Ordered SHARE SALE for 50% share of the property. This SE 2 bed + den condo features large living space, decent balcony space space, 1 storage & 1 parking.
3 L" `5 u( a! Z& E, Q( C4 S按字面的意思是只卖这间公寓的50%么？那么另外50%是怎么回事呢？请大家指教。。。

还有50%不卖啊。好比夫妻分手了，老公搬走，要卖他那一半。你要是买了这一半就跟他前妻成室友了。

Wish to follow up on this wired deal. So you buy 50%, you can force her not living in there? Who is going to use which washroom? at what time?  

Can't imagine this goes on...
