更换主板后没法装系统的解决办法

重新安装系统的时候，如果有下面的提示，

, @$ a- L! d. d$ h$ wTemporarily disable the EFI Boot Sources setting in the BIOS:
( }1 M2 M" @- `8 hRestart the computer, and then press F10 or F2.... to enter the BIOS.
Navigate to Boot Order , and then disable the EFI Boot Sources .
Select File > Save Changes > Exit .
