加拿大地广人稀，做生意的规则执行得不是很得力。譬如，各个省的证券仲裁委员会所判的罚款，大部分得不到贯彻执行。多伦多这个案例，最后可能不了了之，涉及的金额9百万不会有大的波澜。当然教训是深刻的。

% ?; _1 B# c% L( c+ {骗中国人移民的钱， 能花得开心， 是不易。 如原文所讲一个退休的老太将20万投入了， 这也许是她几十年的积蓄了。 一个工薪阶层， 特别是不是技术与管理层次的， 一年就几万块， 除了还房贷、吃喝拉撒， 一年是存不了多少钱。

大家一讲风水先生， 就是骗子。但在加拿大， 或者在阿省， 骗人的还不是风水先生。
