) K. \1 q5 A4 d! b) V0 iCalgary police have now laid charges against an 18-year-old Calgary woman following the death of a little girl at a crosswalk in the city's northwest.
Police Sgt. Doug McIlwraith said Tuesday that Angela Ta has been charged with passing a motor vehicle stopped for a pedestrian at a crosswalk, failing to yield at a crosswalk, and careless driving.
McIlwraith says the charges could mean a licence suspension, a $2,000 fine or six months in jail.
1 w5 \' ~& @- u( USix-year-old Jenna Chang and her mother, Ye Qiao, were struck Jan. 18 by a black BMW while using a marked crosswalk at 32 Avenue and 37 Street N.W.
Chang died of her injuries. Her mother is recovering in hospital.

没有谁会去故意开车撞人的。但她违背了交通规则，却致人于死命。
