一批工程师和技术服务人员周二聚集在阿尔伯塔省立法机构外，抗议将工作外包。

他们挥舞着“停止工作流失”和“发布实际失业人数”等标语，并抱怨说，本省发布的能源部门的失业人数不实。

Sam Jayaraman正代表一个名为卡尔加里工程师和设计师协会的非正式小组发言，他于两年前被裁员之前从事项目管理方面工作，希望政府专注于创造就业机会。
