一批工程师和技术服务人员周二聚集在阿尔伯塔省立法机构外，抗议将工作外包。

7 z. E( b* M: tSam Jayaraman正代表一个名为卡尔加里工程师和设计师协会的非正式小组发言，他于两年前被裁员之前从事项目管理方面工作，希望政府专注于创造就业机会。
