SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
) d4 s  Q% z  M+ S0 D• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
: P% c4 O9 S, r! T4 I/ G# R; e3 [   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

  k8 u: k3 G5 M$ t0 o3 _5 Z   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
; R- m/ a+ c7 F% z   o Microsoft Operations Manager
4 V  Q; ~3 ^$ w- k4 J8 l   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
# f& o) Q1 \  U4 X4 i) ^6 h6 B' r; Q   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
1 \: ^$ S: n+ C/ Q- u& L; e+ D  d- a• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
% @2 n2 E: e+ o* ^% d• Certification should include some or all of the following:
9 u  `8 U" B1 Q. g2 r   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  o$ c& c9 q1 {7 _   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
4 }! D( s: e8 ?: n$ F5 J   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
2 A1 t! r7 |! I   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
! N1 j2 n! @2 x6 ~3 @8 _   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
8 N) X( Z; r2 q& [4 W, x• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
- P% w" {: V3 a• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
