DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
0 \2 W0 C% M5 o   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
; V$ E: c+ J* Z, L( R9 w   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
: {/ J0 W' i+ Z, n+ K0 ]   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
4 R9 b5 B6 [. g2 T) ?   o Microsoft Operations Manager
/ O6 f3 w8 ~2 p   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
0 S4 i9 s6 X+ V; U# S7 r! c7 Y   o Linux based operating systems
/ ^# C1 E8 e# {6 L" U: T   o Sun Solaris operating systems
3 v* _/ a  T4 I6 P& I0 X! q   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
" A3 f2 a9 _6 v+ b' ?! p• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
# e1 D7 h; ?6 Pplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
4 O; n+ S* s  h7 i  Y• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

6 w' G0 l- ~1 W" p, v4 x# L• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
) \: m- q& C0 ?6 L• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
$ o, T0 e0 r' ~* l. L' I+ c• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
7 B( w2 c- F, }- X8 @  N* m   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
# x9 P: e7 A7 A   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
' x0 n* `  v: Q/ i* \5 j   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
: ^. l' u% \% O% v4 L; `, p2 }• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
7 I& e/ ^5 L# _, j• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
- y+ U: ^  y5 [• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
