" K  Q/ Z- m2 ]+ ^6 s6 h/ ^9 V1 L• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
% X! V& i! T" W" @1 f   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
+ p8 L. {$ _: D5 o& L7 b& L   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
# i# C5 F+ L( o   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
# V6 X. y/ J7 Q   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
2 ?5 N0 ]( d5 J3 a9 ]! O1 F• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
; ?  b! S9 |5 l7 R" C1 BSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

0 Z: x& g1 }$ b   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
& S6 \9 U0 h3 V3 l3 f6 y   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
; X: r. o$ Y" h8 X   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
$ K, t) N5 q6 Q2 D   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
, n5 G4 q- _0 y4 u• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
# h2 E% @% F7 }. k1 v• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
