DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
7 O2 X; j  s: o# n7 A; v7 O9 f   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
5 P! r5 o0 }5 f   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
5 a6 d/ r4 W7 I4 P, o2 ]6 s  y& `) M   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
( |4 z& X* |' V8 _8 C   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
8 o1 @) t/ K1 x; l   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
8 _$ f# [0 a4 p   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- o; u+ x. ~  u& j# [• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills

3 q  V( V' a3 c" [• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
- z* W) @& M& y" k# C   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
. G/ E0 X- a( t  u0 T   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
* I5 J6 z* \. d& C- g. \   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
9 |, s, Z; o9 o/ ]# N• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
' {( Z" l" w2 x- L• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
