SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

( a$ R8 }" }( x. r- }1 x9 ]• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
+ T8 @7 J1 l  A4 `: `( H   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
: [( e0 e* G% E- O   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000

2 f$ o0 `$ G+ D: _8 A% \8 N# E   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
! [9 E$ c9 L6 b3 J   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
: D! }4 i7 r# t4 T/ Q  W0 E, J   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ r! F/ s4 L% |- Zplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

2 Y& m- E/ d- A) A6 T/ U• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

: d. h4 I' M/ e( X* S  @! Y( {• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
