• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:1 Z. g# o6 o" x! k- ~& U/ ~
o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
% `/ ]$ t+ J+ W/ Y' g o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 20037 m$ k; R2 e6 W
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000* R5 l" L. O4 V* ?
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
$ ^2 @! v* ]+ D N- }, E9 v o Microsoft Operations Manager
. ~+ j) V9 ]* r8 g- ]8 I- o$ o o VMWare Virtual Server solutions

o Sun Solaris operating systems8 i* m: ]6 ]- P8 e- b q
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience5 x& U6 ~4 d+ g. h9 Q% T& Q5 w
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.0 V" S" q% x6 Q' P" F. E; c v
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
/ Q) C. a, c+ N" e- M2 H• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows9 e5 K, K7 N& S. S/ a: [; h+ D& V
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft

• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
