The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
) i. z1 a! }9 {. l  x; \• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
; K4 P5 ~2 y! F+ i5 v) U2 Y• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
. _3 M, i" [$ t0 V& c• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
& z* T  y" V( u" |3 T
These additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers

% j6 [/ u  H, P$ d  p7 u• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications
• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment
• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
