In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

& c4 r- m% M) V+ s* W: ZAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
& H7 d2 j+ g1 E5 WAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
0 i. a/ ^$ W! }5 f8 K/ Q• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
) o$ u* Y3 y. H4 g2 dExperience:
$ X5 v( V( x' T! z* A; J: v
4 k9 |6 a# f4 M/ V  L8 H" P% GDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
7 C& |4 _0 A% I2 Y9 fPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

' W8 s+ ~$ P, y7 S: xCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

3 ]& j4 c9 j6 f; [1 C/ }" W0 ?7 cCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
