In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

9 k6 x5 O% ~- m* RAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
$ h( `0 L/ P& `# j. k, T6 ?Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
( r& W3 R- \- ]& t* rEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
2 ^+ n: f; A8 ~8 ~Mitigate risk to the organization.

) s% a+ z7 S6 A7 L
7 j3 f7 T, F8 J* J# HA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
5 T( q! M. P5 i; V( r7 z9 H4 F  YExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
; Y7 P1 C+ m! }# |* U* oPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

1 {4 y0 q  d2 c* ^* D1 ?2 OCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
& c5 E9 y4 T5 f. ?5 O) E) ^Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
