In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

" Q) ?* @* m* `Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
! i/ T) T. f, ]4 x- Z. o( `8 l9 P! |& yAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
6 q6 N% u9 _5 PEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
- `* i% C8 g+ L* X( P: u" rMitigate risk to the organization.
) ?$ R" u6 P6 y5 ^9 L, qEducation:

; q) ?7 Z2 U' D6 m1 JA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
/ O# T) l1 f8 i+ k/ M. b, R  o4 \• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:

. h6 Z  ]0 ]6 D7 ^* d0 g3 ]Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

- ?- ~; @) x4 S. l. eCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
" s2 i7 y- Z* R9 B5 t/ dMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
