In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders

2 m) A" [' e9 Q6 F7 p7 p- h
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
5 x* `, Y* t# c  S& i# oExperience:

3 X6 ~# X- `4 @  U: P( LDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
, Q) i$ n3 T# ]6 [Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

9 a, N" a$ d# Y# SCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
3 |/ E2 b2 t$ |1 d) u( u5 b6 O
Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
