The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.

1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:

5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:$ N0 e5 N, q8 c# B

6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:& z) Q% j N9 I% s" @6 U! _& l

/ {$ |3 n5 P& k' d+ h0 o# T7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':- U3 f& k y+ O S6 n# h

/ r8 C- A4 [( X6 x/ f8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
