The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.

1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:7 s3 W. u4 }* l- ~

; X' U; f" Q$ ]; v& r; M2. Click on the 'Search' button at the top of the next page:

3. Click on 'Search by Street Address':) q* s; I. g# q7 f$ Q4 U0 ~# S

3 y2 i2 ^( o1 d5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:

6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:

: m6 A* ~: @. [4 g7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':

# @; h: o, o6 L1 R0 u8 l$ A8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
