阿省失业率仍处高位，影响外劳就业

失业率高于6%的地区，半技术工种都不能申请LMIA，影响外国劳工就业。不能取得LMIA的职位包括有Cashier, Food Counter Attendant, Kitchen Helper, Room Attendant等职位。
