适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

  e. F' A& T( m7 q: F4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR$ n! s. s3 [9 D5 {- w* j! w! s8 E3 w
2 packages yeast
8 [9 f% T, E  g3 _( t1/3 cup nonfat dry milk& p, P0 H0 |3 g9 \* E' `
1 teaspoon salt( ?( ~% K  j1 D- b+ o4 w
1/2 cup pineapple juice2 U1 S. \6 j* D2 b
1/2 cup water
+ F7 `" u+ O$ ^3 D0 J  p. Y9 v1/3 cup shortening8 e) b$ |0 Y4 p  \
1/4 cup honey
+ R0 c& o( V) W1 a& Q: N5 u2 eggs* @) r8 e  r  {' h/ z
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired- ]% ~- d3 \) b5 Q& X; w2 G

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
# E9 w9 G! K  Z: O. e4 d4 D6 [, o' \$ Q! wsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
, Q! J( Q, S' y: H5 T2 E/ w* J* {: s, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
6 i0 D3 f$ B/ [; `6 Z- X5 dshortening does not need to melt.)
2 R: j, O3 N4 g" x* V7 V" R) [Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed8 p" P0 u5 F  g+ I+ `4 |
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
5 o% m9 h7 ]8 q! S  w; G6 lstir- a8 u2 ?. n0 f
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
# w" e  R# ~& C, P6 |, jsurface
* [* r7 i- E4 \1 ]4 N, Q" y9 auntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 S% O. j* r# Zturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
% ]( B6 _8 |2 R4 o2 n(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
0 k/ X5 t$ j0 E+ O# k
0 G  v4 b3 g: ?' K$ ]5 xPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
" a6 C4 z9 n' ~0 x1 bPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
7 r2 x0 T1 T* y4 e3 w% a" b15% _' A4 L) j$ Z3 I9 x
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly# p; I# N5 c! I% a& v0 Q1 T0 Y
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
& @$ `' f% D- x( C  [4 vfor+ \# G- X3 [* X4 t
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
