适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.( q4 k% c% G) [3 T& R& s

8 ?: m2 O: h3 L( B5 \# p) Q& ^3 d0 C* n& c6 P, x3 p
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
/ a/ D" R0 Z# h) R2 packages yeast
5 x* P, ?& y1 z1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
7 h7 Q3 O! S# I2 |" E1 teaspoon salt6 Q$ |$ [, z$ F: i8 i
1/2 cup pineapple juice: L6 ~4 m% }: B9 Y9 J6 P* l+ ?
1/2 cup water
4 m' k% u5 f- s. D6 v( D4 u1/3 cup shortening
4 V5 S( u2 v6 V& r. S' P6 r1/4 cup honey
8 {% `9 o. h. ~9 F2 eggs
2 C  j6 `5 t1 @1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

1 E! u" s+ n- z  B; L* FIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and+ j; y. ?; B8 O3 G
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
8 c$ E5 g: X( ]5 l, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
3 }5 [. m( z3 Y3 Wshortening does not need to melt.)
$ y  b- ~; t. @0 C% sAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed2 P0 J: `2 ~, g4 [* e
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 6 t# z. G, p  F% i. h0 h
stir9 W& M( R4 [) I( x1 ?
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

4 v* K4 B* c: F7 G& N. [" X, Tuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,$ U0 o+ v+ p/ x$ k6 y9 o
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes' I, w1 q+ i2 _* n
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

/ b6 w, Z0 @5 \/ S! [1 wPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
% R/ R+ K6 d% iPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly6 L. K# m/ o: Y6 S+ w; D% a
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
