在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3 Y$ j0 g; X/ m0 t b3 g3 ~8 h1 teaspoon salt5 P0 Y0 X7 x9 G7 w- S
1/2 cup pineapple juice
0 \9 \" f6 G6 M; b7 d' T- n% d6 M# `1/2 cup water

: c3 ^3 c% Q; R. B+ R# YIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

' {# S/ g9 |6 a; v$ PAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
J, \5 G' n$ N6 @4 f- Luntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually . ?! e8 H2 l, |/ J! O4 H% ]$ q5 M

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
