适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1 C+ B: o- b% k; {  E6 L4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
) ]& p* W! }+ u& n7 y( q, ^2 packages yeast
/ Q  c% e8 c" H5 A: s! l1/3 cup nonfat dry milk5 a& a* c1 p  ?, }) G
1 teaspoon salt" P# N3 ^2 A! Y
1/2 cup pineapple juice
% c2 M1 V  D. @5 T0 ?1/2 cup water
* S$ |: ]5 H$ T- _" w) g- R5 T1/3 cup shortening9 [! Q0 C) P' ]' C
1/4 cup honey6 h; V1 |, w6 h- M( I' u% Q
2 eggs
7 s& L  h# o) Z) I. Q& Z' g1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired& D# S7 F: G1 S- T7 y

  I% x( B' B! A2 f. lIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
" k/ A8 j) q( s% m0 a- c  R9 hsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
2 L% t$ K6 c# l9 v5 K9 {8 M, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
' d$ S( F9 k& S8 L* dshortening does not need to melt.)
6 J! K# Z5 @  I  `8 _Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
0 E  L8 W  Q  p, b8 @2 uuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
* s$ _' t( Z$ B7 K$ gstir
9 G% d7 }9 B0 X# r; W. Win enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
) e  b6 b* g  h/ r, e  Csurface
% y1 r1 `" [  f  s6 wuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
7 ?) J: O6 F7 [/ gturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
8 m  \; }. h0 {. @(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).0 i6 l& x/ o8 e* P

3 F8 U( ~1 O9 q3 OPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
' X0 ~* d: N0 s8 b* J" J; N8 {7 w9 RPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
9 k1 P! r) s) Y) m* M% Q15& i2 W# V. a% u8 e# I
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
* v# D/ {3 z; M/ f+ Y9 Kbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

- o4 P9 i! M- l8 j" v) Q6 l# o, d35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
