适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.3 B; r& I3 Q6 Q+ U2 V4 `# O

! h, b+ F" [  z4 P  z4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
, X. X/ w" U) w% E* D2 packages yeast
4 U6 I3 G" r: \- A! U4 ^, y2 f1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
& N# |: C# M9 D, }2 J1 teaspoon salt
; n  A. i3 W1 d$ F9 s% h5 @: P5 ?) L1/2 cup pineapple juice
7 k3 E/ N9 P% @. O) W1/2 cup water0 D5 _1 u  z% {5 g( w# @, S
1/3 cup shortening. U2 `. B6 |/ y2 Q+ I
1/4 cup honey
$ s5 b. P! D9 w; v2 eggs
; \, R' |/ F  ~$ ?1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

, G1 S: H$ K& m" jIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and! S& a2 q1 B( U4 q" ~# t/ w
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
: W  T) y3 ^# w, [  E% i0 ~7 C, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;6 b4 H! T7 F8 C0 H5 W/ ~! P
shortening does not need to melt.)
, v) ?& P, I# B1 Y! uAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
1 q0 t' A  h' ^4 u5 Guntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 9 ^2 k9 m) u; `  M
stir
  y% s3 ]* W6 l+ a; Uin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ( V9 e1 F, l0 n' T: g
surface7 V& ]0 J/ c. W6 p7 O! P
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,- |% u" }8 q# g4 g* @- }
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes) t+ K' @, o: B" i* K6 `
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).- S6 L) j% C/ J6 q3 S5 p. w3 ~

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.9 b3 o# l& ?# V5 X
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

; |  \- M; N$ J% a) fto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly+ d# m3 A, x6 f. c2 _" o7 l# j
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree ) Z/ O1 x- @) K; ^/ X+ L4 J1 p. d
for" Z" l: A& U1 t; |# K: n6 e1 b8 n
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
