8 z' X5 M" @3 @' Y' q8 S- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

9 _% J9 e' L7 L3 ?. ^' W- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
- C( j8 L) i+ q
& W9 r8 h, I" P; ]' Q% X, a1 I- Opening and closing procedures
/ B& e" ^+ d- Y9 s% f  R
- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task
