2000: New owner Dundee Developments spends $30 million on facelift. Safeway moves to the mall's south end, and Zellers enlarges its store. 2003: Sandalwood Management buys mall and starts adding stand-alone stores on "pad locations."

' e- d U ?! m2 SMARCH 15, 2007: First Capital Realty Inc. pays $70 million for Westmount Shopping Centre and plans to demolish part of the shopping centre between Zellers and Shoppers Drug Mart and build a $21-million Home Depot.
