; J2 \! n/ u. @•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
% g% t& ?( H  a7 A  ]9 z! Q3 G1 q•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
# K" S4 p" k, a0 _1 c1 M•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
, x0 z9 _& w9 K6 {* ^5 _•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
6 a) k3 z# u: \+ }•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
& B& b! [! p$ a# Q) U8 {* m•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
; ~! L+ J$ c% R•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
, r5 D, C5 O* k/ z, |, s•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
' m: Q/ v6 r8 `/ a  v•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
$ D1 u& ]' [/ m  |$ W9 w/ r•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4 r# m, H8 R) \0 n! EEducation and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
& }  E6 B6 C/ v0 q
2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
