- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
- Follow up and report about order status
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
) ?+ U- v) Y. H3 k3 w- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
, }* ~7 u- H# r: R- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
- J) Y" ]2 }- X5 \1 {* f- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.

- Point of contact with Factory in China
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage

' Q! ~! b. G3 y8 y- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
+ m: _) N0 ?2 J: t4 ~7 E; p- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
1 ~( g( |& @7 b- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
# d8 [1 ^% R4 u$ g2 f- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
2 R9 \6 t: R7 p* ]( ^- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
! K4 L; |( a( ?( K$ C9 _- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
3 T( V. a$ \- D- A9 y! G4 `- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report
- n% o0 h) o7 B- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
3 q9 H, }( ]/ R( C) ~7 ^- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
  j: f7 N) t, C( K+ s- Customer Service and other duties as required.
