% u+ K' ?) F, \! Y6 R2 M( r- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.
- Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.
. b4 G/ a5 B7 m- L- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)
- t3 D2 v* Z3 W# A8 D- Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

Job Duties:

- Check order Accuracy in time manner
- Order Acknowledge by email
- Order Checking according to guideline
( d: f- z  M3 M0 I- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
- Send orders to warehouse to process
3 A0 k' u. ^2 X( X' x! c3 R- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
2 w* l  N' A8 z: u/ Y2 h- Follow up and report about order status
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  g/ U0 f3 W( N$ f9 o/ C- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
+ d/ ~3 U/ d4 q# J- e: p- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
- Point of contact with Factory in China
1 R7 c+ M/ c, ~1 X. O( D- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
$ g9 p6 b' |' {. s! N3 c0 }5 f- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
* F  b5 Q) X+ [) ]+ a- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
2 [1 c/ d  Y/ W- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
. T+ d; L7 n& ^. O( a. U: j- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
9 f6 A% D* k9 B! N1 u9 A- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
+ A3 B2 ~! g3 G) }3 e$ \" g- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
5 Q/ q2 z, j2 j% J- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
0 ^: w3 k% P% e; u; b2 s9 E- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner
( P  [/ K* g& @2 `1 N, h& ?& _8 l2 k- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
9 b+ W6 V7 W3 S+ }/ N- Update system with Shipping information at order level
5 r( F" |8 S' j- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
( Z: v7 P; j  G8 K- O# X/ g. `- Customer Service and other duties as required.
