: \6 F, a, i/ [/ F-Completion of a post-secondary education
1 w( O! ~2 H: P6 @0 S-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
; O4 W8 s$ P+ W# z1 q( k1 L% f-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
% o/ r$ R3 Q. U# c% Z-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
& S% Q2 n9 g; T" ?' N-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
4 W& A" M' W$ R& {: E& A! G. \-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
2 v0 m% ~/ V' ]-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
4 w; E& f6 A( n5 ?' l* v4 X-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
