Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
" T* g" b; }; b( {- o$ _1 |4 z-Completion of a post-secondary education
7 N1 f$ T% j! b( z* Y-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
  ~% ]; i) t" U% ^! v) C-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 d/ T1 l/ w  H. F! g2 _-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
  a" o, @% ^. D2 @0 ?" ^$ p-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
" x" t. Y1 D5 N' w! e-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
  d3 B5 Z  B( F: o  \8 {7 C# ^-Sales Experience is an asset
0 J$ x3 _; `* }3 Q  A/ a) `" a-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
