Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
% ]1 z" g! U" n$ V. }$ b-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
1 `: Y* S7 G! X! M5 {' c-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

" O" d3 j$ M7 Q, @-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
4 W- v2 r2 O1 f# m* X$ X% O+ A-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
$ T9 ~3 b+ b7 p  C; ]% _- t-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
7 `, h$ C2 @5 C. Y" l1 |) S  z-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
6 B5 k# e7 b# a) O7 C( p1 [/ b-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
