-Completion of a post-secondary education
  ~, X% a4 n' N2 g! H) g, `  P8 a, t-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
) D, N) D! C( D; q-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' H2 n  B. H% E9 d- P- X: Q2 r-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* }" r* d# ]! Z4 h" C5 }* h( }  Q-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
* e5 T5 Y, b4 y, ]) L-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
: e% _) u+ S) ?" i% i; t# t-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
