-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 s1 ?% f% h$ O. N1 K8 Z. [9 u, m-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ o2 t* @" g C0 I4 L" d! E% {' o-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
! U! ?, C+ e ^9 y-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public4 W) W" s, Z1 v2 B6 }& ~
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets* N- k$ l( [- W2 ?) c. ^
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

! u1 d) f) o9 P% m2 I- }8 \! I8 y5 B-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.

-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment. Z* j% q' C: L R9 l1 k( M
-Sales Experience is an asset
