Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
1 \; O5 U! g6 A- Y* T. T8 p3 `-Completion of a post-secondary education
, h; |  A1 {8 u9 V  ^+ f, s-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
" s5 d+ x* |. k; V6 H. h3 `2 o0 D-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
+ G6 F# p' N( M6 q- F-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
5 O; R2 o6 T& u/ \6 w; ~6 J3 J0 a-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
1 t1 X" r2 g: c, D-Sales Experience is an asset
; X: G2 q$ J2 z$ {. I0 P+ _" E& }-Fluent in English and Cantonese
