Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
8 N" s$ v9 l  [6 w- J6 {: F" ]9 l7 Q4 C-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
8 k7 @0 J9 t) h) x) E9 {-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
, T6 [% Z" b; z/ \* I8 L-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
( z4 q& x* \3 n) v+ _9 I+ v-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 P& \4 S! l. \/ z9 ]-Sales Experience is an asset
. x3 a" K# R+ {-Fluent in English and Cantonese
  l" k9 J6 b1 Z# J9 o+ h* b-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
