Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 W! T- h% M7 S-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
0 r- N! A4 d. a9 H: S-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
4 H0 W; E. w* P3 S( ~% H4 X2 {; `-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
  @0 Q$ A/ t+ C2 y-Sales Experience is an asset
  q* {  S6 J2 Z$ l5 |0 {-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
