Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
6 J% K. H4 B7 f- Secondary school graduate
$ [6 w9 I- I0 s9 ?- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

( r8 y; r' \9 R# n; |- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
/ m  Q% X! z* Y; T+ C1 u- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
5 a7 \# N, P7 d* k- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
* u  @& d$ ^0 x, O, O2 S- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
+ n$ V3 R2 [& I. v" ]- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
