- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
% x1 t2 I6 Q6 d7 Z6 @4 e# v- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
6 t) A$ V/ E/ @6 A1 U4 _- Professional appearance and attitude.
1 e4 x/ X) n- ^7 c/ C- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
