Job Responsibilities:

: |4 _1 F/ _, H% t, G9 o' T• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
# R8 `4 ]1 e- R( I4 O5 q• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
% O/ S) P( W$ B2 M" X6 t6 F9 T• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
6 ?0 v  O; _, }0 M1 [• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
, l! D/ X9 E+ S3 l( O; u, k, _• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
