saskatoon is too far from Edmonton. The house price won't go up a lot. People are still moving out from Saskatoon. The house price will go down eventually.

, P" P) E% T! r- M1区和2区的大部分社区都很不错。河西的3区也是SASKATOON的富人区，比河东2区的所有NEIGHBOURHOOD和河东1区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
: Y$ p; T9 b/ A$ ^( e# P4 y* ]河西的5区也有几个NEIGHBOURHOOD比河东2区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
