I have been both area lat weekend, most visitors (90%)are Chinese.
6 i4 f+ i0 Q2 R! PPrice in Rutherford increase crazy. the Pacesetter Madison D model was 504K in early Feb, now asking 623K. I felt the price in S.T. more reasonable.

i have been 2 places about 4 hours, total 6 different builders. i saw 2 couple Indians and 2 couple whites but at least 10 couples Chinese(speak Maderian and Cantoness) and 2 crews(4-5).

I live in Terwillegar Town and my cousin lives in Rutherford.

' u8 D! y$ l" v7 y1 U, GIf you look at the map, Terwillegar Town is inside the A. Henday Drive while Rutherford is outside the A.Henday Drive. From my opinion, Terwillegar gives you a feeling of closer to the city.

/ L* i7 I5 I0 ?$ @, N# D3 XBoth Terwillegar and Rutherford have a very convenient access to A.Henday Drive but only Terwillegar has an easy access to Whitemud Drive.
