CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

" K% e; g5 I3 g/ b$ _5 ~•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 I' K) R& T. y  m" e•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
$ M5 U1 H  L% W, J+ T7 d# T0 r•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. \, B! j% c* d•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
& _4 @$ |1 M" N' r& S$ H; E4 X•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
6 x% V3 J- ?: C- N, U' V% L' W
( F- Y& j/ D& M2 W•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
5 u+ A2 C/ X3 ]2 [•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
& J9 S8 ?6 h& Z% s•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
4 p- L, r7 ?  D1 `; ]$ g•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
: t2 x; Y- o4 Z$ y5 F•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

+ O# R8 \4 q; N; I  fSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
