CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
" F5 F. D; N  B7 O  q1 B4 Q•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3 l2 y! [" \9 D2 L' A& |( y•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
. d$ A; f' H% B% a% c1 O  Q$ i; p•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
7 `" x: V7 C8 {  G•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
7 A( c: O+ C$ u•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:
# u$ E9 \) E7 `  K* j4 k; q
4 E' R3 f/ Q6 n•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' E" h- r; h/ Y•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
2 `4 m( n) F3 N/ O•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
( t! }4 b# }. ~•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
! x* L6 H! ^: ?# N2 m•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
, n9 g4 W# @! ~* `' R•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

( w( U  }$ x$ TSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
