CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
$ u  L% D& o7 X2 j+ P( S•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
: {9 w! p$ C/ Q1 @" P; g7 C•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3 P9 t# L9 [" W" C6 C•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
2 W; X  ~2 m2 S; s/ Q! e•        Ensure timely bank payments
, b$ N' R/ _8 X' n# O: T•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
) B5 @9 k& Q- P4 P$ K•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

, B% q% R7 [8 TAccountant Requirements:
% z$ ]; Y+ L) Y$ N# l+ w. J1 V* O
# p. {& r: o# I* R•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
  j2 a4 g7 v/ p" N. |& ?•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
! A$ }1 B8 y# i2 C: U" o•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
