CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
$ f" M5 n- s7 I$ ^& \) o•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
: ^) W2 b: [9 q( E8 s•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
9 i( @" w7 T5 F" q8 Y3 n# c
( }( n2 c  `% p+ {; h+ A' ]•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
  q! q( C5 t$ t( Q; \•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
9 z" u3 k2 i/ G! `0 @•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
* h- g: Y& S( p2 _5 N+ x5 c5 r•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
( H' H% K: r0 l7 ]6 }•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
