CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:6 O5 l7 J! x; X0 L( b
• Manage all accounting transactions( b$ S2 m+ G0 ~. u; p
• Publish financial statements in time# M3 i: n9 r# T. ?7 ^# Z0 G, c
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings' v: ]8 n$ \$ P9 U' T
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable5 H& ?& \6 @+ D# c$ e
• Ensure timely bank payments
0 D o- b" o$ S% a8 w0 {• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements! a1 ^, s: [1 [" @4 ?) O% U+ t+ x/ b: d
• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
# Z0 ^ }% C2 S/ v( R• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
! `( C5 f& Q& d3 }1 i• Comply with financial policies and regulations
+ n: M/ Z4 _5 {8 O• Other ad hoc duties as assigned) G& h( _$ E# z9 }$ c7 } S
+ I4 }: u. R, CAccountant Requirements:

# K1 ?9 i" [0 `3 m9 C2 d• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
* [" V' K$ }8 u• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
7 f) c7 E1 e. M$ g1 S* i: x8 i+ B8 U• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)0 N' B9 t) R9 \/ L+ t
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.$ A, a* A) K* k
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
8 {8 M& y% B% q& T• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.2 I% @8 ]9 H# n6 S: N0 l4 p
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team., a8 T- t; h, `7 M& a: _
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.4 ?9 I+ j0 c$ {1 g$ N

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
