在EDMONTON西南面不错的区有RIVERBEND AREA. TWIN BROOKS等.30万以下新房子的在RIVERBEND AREA的 RIVER SIDE, 23AVE的WHITEMUD RIDGE,WHITEMUD OAKS, LEGER等区都能符合你的条件.
