: I" F s6 W. P' i W6 YResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.4 D& u, d6 P: y' @2 I, g
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.5 b2 q# S, t1 e, c
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.; ?. u+ G& i- B1 x3 R8 {4 g4 C$ T
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.. G) s' ~& |- \( `1 ~3 W" w3 k' h
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.: w o, {* E, q; z6 C
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
* r+ z* X3 V- d! s( c) z; SNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
( M" f$ x5 E+ q9 l0 xImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
' K. f+ I1 o) x& CBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
