Job Description
$ i) [/ x8 ]9 o; ]. x& ~$ r* fResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.7 P- ~/ p+ u+ r* y3 O
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
: S9 @7 y) D) CResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.9 O( o0 O+ M" o4 @/ Q$ i( v; u( e4 `
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
f L* E+ E2 Y* X6 a( z3 @Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
% D# {* h. A8 K# n% x' i; ^! O. f9 BResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.9 q! I0 ? c$ R; {
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
/ \$ U+ @7 g6 _Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
- R$ x3 O; `' K, c( }Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.6 S6 x2 C" W" [$ J0 H
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
