The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

/ ?4 h9 d! X4 B3 X7 t% lCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
3 d; l0 ~- E; z/ a. f, VProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
. O2 W4 J( t0 ]Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
$ J) Q$ F0 l1 S9 YOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
2 l! a3 Q( G3 p& O3 v' G+ i7 sMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
