-Job Description
2 G7 r3 E' X6 `3 A7 jThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- ]2 o4 Z) |2 m+ o" ~) n-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
' K% X7 K' V5 F. qOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
( A$ i7 u9 B: @8 _Maintain daily production records.
* ?! k( f* y9 x( L; e' W% m( BPerform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
